Black Wedding Experience Expo

About Us.

The Premier Bridal & Wedding Expo in North Carolina.

Founded in the Fall of 2022, by a Black event stylist and planner with over a decade of experience in the events industry. Given her exposure, she noticed that she didn’t find a lot of Black wedding vendors on the preferred vendors list as it pertained to venue establishments. She wanted to change this. She was exposed to a small community of Black vendors via her personal connections but she knew there had to be more!

A More Diverse Bridal & Wedding Vendor Community.

Oftentimes, when she spoke with these Black wedding vendors they frequently expressed the desire to serve a larger and more diverse community of potential clients. The picture was clear. They wanted a greater sense of exposure. That is when the Black Wedding Experience (BWE) was born, with the aim to create a community showcasing the “Black artistry and sophistication of Black wedding vendors.”

Our aim is to have BWE expos nationwide and hopefully internationally to various audiences(singles, couples, soon-to-be married individuals, etc). We support Black wedding vendors and the diverse communities they serve! We invite everyone to partake in the amazingness of what is the Black Wedding Experience!
